Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to the Me screen and choose Delete account. After you confirm, your records and stored images are removed. If you cannot open the app, write to info@rawadara.com.
Who can see my record?
Only you, until you share a link. You choose how long it lasts: 15, 30, or 60 minutes. A doctor opens it in any browser, with no account. You can stop it at any time and read the access log in the app.
The app read my paper wrong. What do I do?
Every scan shows what was read next to your photo before anything is saved. Lines the app is unsure about are marked Check this. Correct or remove anything that is wrong, then confirm.
Does Tandrustim give medical advice?
No. Tandrustim organises the papers your doctors, labs and pharmacies give you. It does not diagnose or change a dose. Ask your doctor.
How does a doctor see my summary?
A doctor opens a link you share. The link expires, and you can stop it any time.
