Your health papers, in one place you control

Scan prescriptions, lab results and reports. The app reads them with you, and you confirm every line.

An older person tipping a plastic bag of prescriptions and lab papers onto a wooden table, next to an X-ray envelope and a glass of tea.

How it works

  1. Scan your paper

Photograph a prescription, a lab result or a report with your phone.

Cut-paper scene: a paper bag of prescriptions and an X-ray envelope on a table, with a smiling paper character standing beside them.
  2. The AI reads it with you

AI proposes, you decide. It suggests entries from what is written on the paper.

Cut-paper scene: a smiling paper character beside a paper with one line highlighted in yellow, and a phone showing the same lines with ticks.
  3. You check every line

Lines the app is unsure about are marked, so you look at them first. Nothing is saved until you confirm.

Check thisHard to read. Look at your paper and confirm.

  4. A doctor reads one page, with your permission

Share a link from your phone, or show its QR code. The doctor opens it in any browser and reads a one-page summary until the link ends. You can stop it at any time.

How your record is protected

  • Sealed before it is stored

The text of your health profile, your entries and your papers is encrypted before it is saved.

  • Every link ends

You choose how long a link lasts: 15, 30, or 60 minutes. You can stop it at any time.

  • You can see who looked

Every time a link is opened, it is written to an access log you can read. You can stop sharing at any time.

For doctors

A patient shares a one-page summary with you through a link, for a short time. Every line shows where it came from.

  1. Open the link the patient shares with you, in any browser.
  2. You do not need an account or a sign-in.
  3. Read one page, with a source on every line, until the link ends.
